Catering, Hospitality & EventsLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Hospitality | Catering | Events & BanquetingPosition: Director of SalesWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Catering, Hospitality, Banquets, Weddings, Corporate Events, and Outside Catering, along with a strong network and deep understanding of the Saudi market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the overall Sales & Business Development strategy.Drive revenue growth across Catering, Hospitality, Banquets & Events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, event organizers, and key decision-makers.Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and high-value accounts.Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, contracts, and business opportunities.Build, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company?s market presence.Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, conversion rates, and KPIs.Work closely with Operations, Events, F&B, and Culinary teams to ensure successful business conversion and an exceptional client experience.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent business development activity.The Ideal CandidateProven experience in a Director of Sales, Head of Sales, or Senior Sales Leadership role.Strong background in Catering, Hospitality, Banquets, Weddings, and Events.Experience in Outside Catering is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of the Saudi / Riyadh market with an established industry network.Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and generating new business.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Commercially driven with a strong understanding of revenue generation and business development.Subject: Director of Sales ?
