Employment: Full Time Lead and provide leadership for the Infrastructure & Roads teams.Work closely with Director of Infrastructure & Roads and project teams to promote Companys design direction, approaches, and practices, across the firm and its projects.Drive focus on continually improving the quality of Companys work, approaches utilized, and processes employed.Act as a design interface with clients, and build and foster a commitment to exceptional external and internal client service.Interact with clients to confirm requirements and ensure that all design facets of projects are correctly scoped.Lead project resourcing and planning in conjunction with the Head of PMO, Strategic Planning & Reporting.Lead Infrastructure & Roads teams through all project phases, including in guiding project teams, setting project design direction, and leading design critiques.Participate in project stage gate reviews, with the Director of Infrastructure & Roads and Project Directors / Resident Engineers.Monitor project performance including schedule and budget metrics, to ensure Companys project goals and objectives are met.Recommend solutions to technical design issues to address client and project specific requirements.Oversee integration of technical information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings.Keep current on design trends and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary and progressive technology, materials and methods. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Master in Infrastructure or Transportation EngineeringProfessional accreditation in Project Management13 to 15 years of experience with a strong background in infrastructure and highways design projectsCertification/Membership of Society of EngineersFull proficiency in using Revit and/or BIM modeling software a plus
