Cost ControllerJob Location : RiyadhRequirements:?F&B Experience for KSA operations based in Riyadh?Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management / or equivalentEssential Duties and Responsibilities:?Prepares and analyzes food and beverage costs every week and recommends alternatives to improve costs?Assists in the food and beverage inventories management?Assists and monitors inventory stock movement.?monitors pricing and purchase cost?Maintains a cost allocation transfer system for food and beverage supplies to the outlet. Summarize these transactions for each financial period close?Costing reports for all new food and beverage items?Responsible for the daily Data Entry ?Waste, Production, inventory adjustments?Responsible for checking the purchases, transactions & Inventories and posting them on the system?prepare quarterly menu engineering?Auditing and controlling guest check void, discount & refund controls?Prepares weekly Sales, Variance Reports?Prepares Flash Cost every 15 days.?Monthly Spot Check on the recipes and inventories in the Kitchen, Bar & Store
