Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory? Verifying accurate standard costs? Monitoring inventory transactions? Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger? Preparing monthly Journal entries as needed,? Variance Analysis of Menu Costing? Calculating inventory turnover mechanism & management?
