We are looking for CORPORATE PMO CONSULTANT for Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRole SummaryJob Description and RequirementsSAR is looking for an executive-level PMO Consultant tp join our Corporate Control Division and help manage and oversee the PMO Department and its associated activities.An ideal candidate would come from the PMO environment and will have a proven track record of managing and overseeing large scale of the directive and supportive PMO functions, Strategies and implementations.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIESRevise and enhance SAR Project Management Methodology on a yearly basisReview and enhance Project GovernanceAssess the Corporate PMO function and provide recommendations and Roadmap to reach the desired maturity levels and address all gapsAlign and integrate PMO functions, processes, templates and reporting with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and conduct Project Management Training and Project Management Methodology awareness and coaching sessionsPlan and conduct periodic project reviews & audit sessions and issue findings & recommendations reportsMonitor and control overall project risks & issues and support project managers in identifying, analyzing and resolving themIdentify and manage project dependencies and develop SAR projects roadmap for the coming 5+ yearsProvide project performance reporting and KPIsReview and enhance the project management systems and toolsOther activities and duties upon the PMO Managers requestMANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIESMentor and coach employees to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area's KPIs and objectivesProvide recommendations on emerging trends and practices and apply them in the respective functional area
