Contract EngineerJob Location : RiyadhDescription :?Prepare and manage all Subcontracts agreement between ACC and the Subcontractor.?Negotiation with the Subcontractors to achieve the objectives .?Provide the required contractual support, assistance and advice on all aspects of contractual activities covering claims, variation and payments?Review and take the Contractual actions for the Claims which may arise from the Subcontractors.?Identify, analyze and develop responses to contractual matters.?Evaluation of interim and final payments certificates.?Prepare and review the agreement between the Subconsultant (Service Provider) and ACC.?Prepare the Subcontractors termination agreement , if required .Qualifications :?Need experience
