They are currently looking to recruit a Compliance Manager to be based in RiyadhDuties & Responsibilities:Periodically conducts audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standardsConducts interviews, scrutinises details, and asks questions to make sure employees make every effort to stay compliant across a companys various departmentsWhen compliance problems arise, conducts investigations to discover the roots of the issueStays informed about environmental standards and makes sure a company operates within those standardsWrites and distributes documents that educate others on how to improve complianceFills out and files reports with various compliance agenciesExamines and improves auditing processes to prevent compliance issues or resolve them in a timely mannerCommunicates confidentially with employees and addresses any concerns they have about ethical or other compliance matters within a department or divisionDemonstrates an approachable, professional demeanourStrives not only to meet compliance standards, but also to exceed them for peak operating efficiencyConsults with attorneys and other professionals on compliance mattersSpearheads and helps to design programs that improve compliance in environmental, ethical, and other areasDemonstrates knowledge of ethical employment standards set out by the law and corporate regulations REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications & Experience:BA in finance or related field8 -10 years of experience in compliance2 years experience in a managerial roleFluency in English. Arabic is a plusGood communication skillsMust be based in Saudi with transferable Iqama
