Job Description

-Work alongside & learn from best in class talent-Work within a company with a solid track record of success-Opportunity to make a positive impactOur client work closely with Large OEMs, Government Entities and Multinational Consultancies over the course of three weeks from establishing the requirement to identifying the right defence sector professionals for your business.The JobResponsibilities:Operates machines to support and achieve objectives and daily production requirements, and on time quality product outputs.Contributes to deliver the planned production (discharge of required hours) and performs the jobs in accordance with the defined procedures and work instructions.Notifies and reports to his line manager any safety and production concerns such as material shortages (cutting tools, coolant, consumables, etc.), CNC machine malfunction, quality issues to prevent impact on the operation.Inspects manufactured components and records results as per in process inspection WI.Sets relevant parameters within the CNC controller as per process requirements and WIs.Records process information and completion of the job in the shop traveler, production supported documents and data collection in ERP in order to maintain all required records as per process requirements and defined WIs.Records the verification done for the maintenance level 1 as per WIs and requirements and shop floor organization.Performs the coolant testing, monitoring and follow up required for all machines (including addition as per concurrence with the line manager or supervisor).Maintains the cleanliness of the shop and equipment for the turning area.Ensures proper PPEs (Personnel Protective Equipment) are worn as per safety of work requirements.Ensures all hazardous waste materials are properly segregated and disposed of correctly (coolant, metallic waste).Performs other duties as assigned by the CNC Setter and management.Ideal CandidateQualifications & Experience:Diploma or degree in production, manufacturing or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years experience in machining CNC turning machines (Hwacheon, Doosan…) in aerospace, defense industries or other industriesRelevant experiences in handling CNC controller type SIEMENS, FANUC.Knowledge about cutting tools and operates hydraulic study restAbility for reading detail part drawings and general understanding for GD&TKnowledge related to jigs and fixtures design support.Relevant knowledge in measuring characteristics and measuring equipments for in process inspection.Awareness of international standards in environment, health and safety.Knowledge about solving problem, decision making, planning, leadership and analytical skills.Customer focus and orientation skills.Ref: 87087IIAFQ Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
