Required Technical and Professional Expertise* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Cloud Platforms, Agile Integration, API Management, Application Modernization, and DevOps.* 3+ year of hands-on experience in building cloud-native solutions based on containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, or others)* 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing / deploying / operating solutions on AWZ, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.* 3+ years hands-on experience in common development frameworks (Spring, ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Ruby) and programing languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Go)* Experience in implementing various microservices patterns (Circuit breaker pattern, bulkhead pattern, back-end for front-end patterns, cache aside patterns, etc.)* 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying APIs (RESTful, etc.)* Hands-on experience of designing and implementing cloud solutions that implement CI/CD best practices (DevOps, DevSecOps, and/or GitOps)* Broad understanding of both public cloud and on-premise infrastructure (network, storage, security, edge) and infrastructure orchestration.* Knowledge and practical experience of application platforms both traditional and cloud native.* Understand where modernization can be used across applications, integration, data, infrastructure and practices to inflict positive impact for the business and to recognize the patterns that work and the pitfalls to avoid.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise* Cloud Certification in for at least one hyperscaler (AWZ, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud)* Certification in one of the Container Platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Tanzu, Rancher)* Experience in implementation, troubleshooting, upgrading and managing Red Hat OpenShift and IBM Cloud Paks* Experience in OpenStack, Terraform, Ansible* 8+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer
