Required to join a contractor working on the construction of the Riyadh Metro. The successful candidate will be responsible for for preparing and giving advice in relation to claims and delays on this large scale infrastructure project. Duties includeReview or prepare accurate evidence and facts, understand the relevant provisions of the contract and any applicable laws, and prepare or assess claims and potential claims arising from the ProjectApplicants should meet the following criteriaExtensive experience on behalf of a Contractor in the writing of high-quality construction claims, preferably in a Civil Engineering and/or major Project environment including experience of international projects;?Detailed understanding of the language and strategies used when writing claims, including advantages and disadvantages of each, and ability to recommend options in particular circumstances having regard to particular objectives, project factual context, contract provisions, available data and the like?Construction related degree (or equivalent) from recognized university or educational establishment, preferably in or with heavy element of commercial and contractual management such as Quantity Surveying or similar;?Preferably a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and/or the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (or equivalent);
