Required to join a contractor working on the construction of the Riyadh Metro. The successful candidate will be a senior member of a small high-quality team of claims specialists responsible for preparing and giving advice in relation to claims and delays on this large scale infrastructure project. The candidate will be able to quickly review or prepare accurate evidence and facts, understand the relevant provisions of the contract and any applicable laws, and prepare or assess claims and potential claimsApplicants should meet the following criteriaA degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or relevant experienceA proven track record of working for a contractor preparing and giving advise in relation to claims and delaysExperience on large scale infrastructure projects ie rail, metro Further qualifications in legal / arbitration advantageous
