The company:Our client is a holding company with considerable investments in the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia, Europe, Asia, the United States and China. The company has as well investments in the stock market in 25 countries. They are currently looking for a Chief Investment Officer to be based in RiyadhDuties & Responsibilities:? Provide insight and direction, lead investment teams, complete all fund transactions and effectively maintain portfolio developments.? Develop, evaluate and review deal-flow and project pipeline against investment strategy, risk budget and other investment criteria on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal and timely investment and performance. ? Serve as the senior investment executive and an expert in all aspects of Investment and Portfolio Management for the Fund, from deal-flow to execution. ? Establish effective and well-organized investment processes.? Write clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.? Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.? Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes.? Lead the investment strategy unit within the company.? Perform regular administration duties of all investment files.? Help manage and uphold current client relationships.Education/Experience:? Bachelor/Master degree in finance or a relevant field from an accredited institution.? A minimum of 10 years related experience.? Previous experience in an investment company or banking sector.? Strong experience leading, supervising and motivating a team of investment professionals.? Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making.? Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.? Strong experience in Executing and Structuring Deals? Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
