Job Description

Catering Sales Specialist responsible for generating and closing catering sales within an assigned territory or market segment. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a strong negotiator with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and social event hosts.
  • Conduct site visits, food tastings, and menu consultations with clients.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the companys CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire event planning process.
