Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Contacting customers as required and ensure data is recorded in C@P.
Following the campaign procedure.
Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Create leads and restore on the system.
Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Enhance customer profiles with additional information such as hobbies, birth dates, owned cars, ?etc.
Schedule consultations, explanations or configuration appointments with the Porsche Pro team.
Schedule test drives with the Porsche Pro team.
Invite prospects and customers to events at the dealership.
Provide lead data analysis.
Keep abreast of customer trends and moods.
Supply customers with accurate information.
Develop expert knowledge of our products, systems and processes.
Fulfill the potential without disturbing prospects.
