Required Technical and Professional Expertise- 5+ years of consulting experience. - Pragmatism in negotiating tradeoffs and plans, informed by stakeholder inputs. - Ability to design and execute digital transformation initiatives for our clients, co-piloting with a team across IBMs different capabilities. - Ability to communicate effectively and influence others. - Ability to collaborate and work with geographically spread cross-functional, multi-cultural / diverse teams. - Demonstrate capability to perform task independently with thought leadership.Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Fluency in Arabic and English in both verbal and written communication. - Experience in Customer Experience Transformation and Business Processes Analysis / Design. - Structured thinking to problem solving as well as deep analytical skills to ensure recommendations are informed by data and insights. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Good understanding of COPC Customer Experience Standards and exposure to Genesys omnichannel engagement center solution. - Knowledge of Design Thinking Principles, Change Management models. - Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt - Experience in building storyboards for client presentations, developing deep analysis that have quantitative and qualitative value, and using financial tooling such as process mining and benchmark databases and defend points of view to business leaders and team members. - Mental curiosity to question, research, clearly define problems, and work out innovation solutions, with a strong bias for action. The role is based in Jeddah.
