We are looking for Budgeting Supervisor - Finance for Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRole SummaryJob Description and RequirementsSAR is looking for an experienced Budgeting & Planning Supervisor to join the Finance Department and manage the full-cycle of budget and financial Plan activities including consolidation, monitoring, and controlling in accordance with SAR policies and procedures.The role is based in Riyadh HQ and an ideal candidate would come from a solid Budgeting and Planning background and will be reporting to the Budgeting & Planning Manager.Key AccountabilitiesDevelopment of budget policy & process:Budget PreparationBudget CommunicationBudget monitoring & controlQuarterly ForecastingManagement Reporting & Variance AnalysisBudget PreparationConsolidationData gatheringTimetableGuidelinesModels & inputsBudget MonitoringMonitor capital, operating and manpower spending and track the utilization of the budget using ERP (PRs monitor & approval)Financial PlanningDevelop guidelines for the financial planning processDevelop a financial plan (revenues, prices, costs, investments)Coordinate and consolidate inputs from all departments to the financial planPrepares Quarterly & Monthly variance analysis and reportCollect and consolidate financial & static data from all departmentsMeasure departments financial KPI against targets and analyze variancesDevelop and prepare management information reports and dashboards
