BIM Engineer/ArchitectJob Location : RiyadhJob role:?Develop and execute BIM implementation strategies in alignment with company goals and project requirements.?Define BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for project teams to ensure consistent and high quality deliverables.?Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project specific BIM needs and establish appropriate workflows.?Provide training and support to project teams, enabling them to effectively use BIM software and tools.?Conduct workshops and educational sessions to enhance team members BIM proficiency and understanding.?Facilitate BIM coordination meetings to resolve clashes, conflicts, and coordination issues among disciplines.?Ensure seamless integration of BIM models and data from various sources and disciplines.?Oversee the management and maintenance of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.?Implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and data.?Facilitate communication and information exchange between design, construction, and project management teams.?Identify opportunities to leverage emerging BIM tools and techniques to improve project efficiency and outcomes.?Utilize BIM data to create visualizations, reports, and analyses to support decision making processes.?Extract valuable insights from BIM models to optimize construction planning and execution.?Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and industry advancements.?Assure that all Assets Information and GIS data had been integrated clearly and embedded within the BIM models starting from the Detailed Design phase up to the Handing over phase.?Review the BIM deliverables by the various design consultants and contractors of the project.Qualifications:?Need experience?Immediate joining
