Required Technical and Professional Expertise* 3 years of technical experience with IBM Hybrid Cloud Integration Software or equivalent.* Possesses both architect and/or hands-on technical skills.* Ability to identify and envision opportunities.* Ability to effectively showcase and demonstrate solutions/technologies in a customer facing scenario.* Work with less-Senior professionals and mentor them in the Integration solutions.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise* Specific solution experience in the Hybrid Cloud Integration portfolio.* Red Hat OpenShift experience, accreditation or certification.* Foundational knowledge of Apache Kafka and/or the Confluent Kafka platform.* Foundational knowledge of industry standard Dev/Sec/Ops best practices and tooling.* 3 years experience in customer-facing technical role, Enterprise Tech Sales, Consulting Services, or equivalent.* Experienced level industry knowledge. Examples would include, but are not limited to, the following: Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector or Telecommunications.* Ability to articulate business models, and value of our offerings.* Willingness to learn other IBM Automation portfolio solutions. For example, AIOpps,* WebSphere/Liberty portfolio or Other Cloud Paks, etc.
