Employment: Full Time We are seeking a Saudi National, transactional, litigation, associate to join a world class international law firm. Our client are first and foremost general business lawyers, though their clients are principal franchise brands.The right candidate is an associate who can demonstrate exceptional transactional skills, including structuring, drafting, reviewing and negotiating sophisticated contracts; reviewing and understanding intricate regulations and statutes; and managing demanding complex multi-faceted transactions. REQUIREMENTS: Have a minimum 2 years experience practicing law. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Have previous business and/or corporate law experience. Be able to think through complex legal issues in the context of business realities.
