An exciting Administration Assistant/ Secretary opportunity has become available to join a Family Office of an Investment Holding company that specialises in real estate investment services based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Client DetailsOur client is seeking an Administration Assistant - Secretary to join the company to assist the team with direct reporting to the Head of Investments.DescriptionManaging the Head of Investments calendar and the business diary and assisting with all administrative and operational duties.Produce excel reports, word reports and presentations (research, collating, editing, formatting and presenting).Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the HNWI, VIPs and the key stakeholders of the businesses.Coordinate daily activities, and meetings, organise travel, schedule EXCOM/Board meetings, and compile meeting minutes.Providing accurate, culturally sensitive and timely translations.Maintaining and updating the database, managing to keep files and inventory records structured and accessible as needed.Prepare confidential letters, labels, envelopes, documents, and reports, among other things.Aid with invoicing and claim forms, bids, and purchase requisitions.Managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ordering supplies, maintaining the office in good operations and handling requests and inquiries professionally.Assisting the wider team with administrative functions when required.ProfileProven relevant experience of 8 years offering administrative support.Good oral and written English and Arabic communication skills; Bilingual candidate.Candidate with prior real estate experience will be given preference.Bachelors degree is highly regarded.Solid expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.Analytical skills, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.Excellent interpersonal, time management, adaptability, and multitasking abilities.Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.Job OfferThis an exciting opportunity for career progression where the successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary.
