Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin, Human Resources and procurement manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in administration and human resources management. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. As an Admin and HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our administrative and human resources functions.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  2. Acquires a companys various supplies. Their main duties include˙locating key suppliers, negotiating the companys purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the companys specifications.
  3. Maintains records of goods ordered and received. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors. Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.
  4. ˙finding and evaluating suppliers, products and services, negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality.
  5. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  6. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
  7. Administer employee benefits and compensation packages
  8. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  9. Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues
  10. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  11. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  12. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
  13. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development strategies
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  3. In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
  4. Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
  7. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  8. Highly organized and detail-oriented
  9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
