AccountantJob Location : RiyadhResponsibilities:?Handle supporting schedules, general ledgers and accounting transactions as required.?Journalize day-to-day transactions.?Identify appropriate solutions for potential problems by analyzing account data.?Prepare reports and maintain supporting documentation.?Ensure maintenance and storage of records as per retention policy.?Ensure financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.?Validate data completeness and accuracy by reviewing the data.?Guarantee accuracy of adequate controls and processes.?Assist with the transfer of funds or fees as may be required and process online bank transactions.?Preparing monthly salaries and payroll files according to the requirements of the MOL.?Process monthly expenses such as GOSI, bills and others.?Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation and audit requirements.?Support auditors on the year-end audit.?Prepare quarterly VAT report and Zakat filing & payment.Core Knowledge:?Robust analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.?Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.?Ability to read and understand financial statements, T-accounts and Trial balance.Requirements:?Applicant must be knowledgeable in GAAP & IFRS standards.?Advance knowledge in MS Office application, particularly in Excel.?Adequate experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.?College degree in accounting/ finance from a credited university.?3 to 5 years? experience at minimum.?SOCPA Membership is required, CPA is a plus.?Any Accounting certification is a plus.?The applicant must have prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Applicants with no prior experience will not be considered.
