Ac Maintenance CoordinatorJob Location : RiyadhRequirements:?Experience in HVAC maintenance and helping teams with field work during high season, emergency is preferred.?Speaking Urdu Language is a must?having technical knowledge on HVAC system maintenance i.e PACUs, FCUs, Concealed or DX units and Chillers, ?etc.To perform the following duties:-?Receiving service request by emails or calls.?Arranging daily routing schedules for technicians teams to different locations?Get required spare parts quotations based on inspection reports?Sending BOQ and Quotation as per company pricing policy?Follow up with client negotiation until quotation approved and receiving PO.?Feedback from technicians, receiving work completion report and share it with clients and accounting department.?Following up maintenance Contacts Servicing ScheduleSalary negotiated during interview
