We are looking a Branch Manager for the leading retail chain in RAK National Hypermarkets.This company has a strong presence in the retail business sector in Ras Al Khaimah & at present 11 Hypermarkets operate in different locations across Ras Al Khaimah.?Candidates must be currently in UAE and willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah?With at least 2-3 years? experience in retail industry.?Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Handled or managing a team of 5-30 staffs.?Undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.?Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.?Motivating the sales team to meet sales target.?Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.?Train and oversee new staff.?Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.?Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.?Confident and capable to manage the store and bringing up sales.? Make sure all necessary documents related to the branch operations are kept in a safe place.Eligible candidates from big/medium retail supermarkets are welcome to apply.
