Sr. AccountantJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities :?To ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the company financial ledgers.?To efficiently reconcile financial transactions and balances in the company records to supporting documentation.?To be an effective team player and contribute to the timely delivery of accurate accounting information.?To maintain compliance with company policies in the area assigned, proactively seeking to solve issues faced.?Balance Sheet account reconciliations and follow-ups?Fixed Asset Capitalization, counts and Write Offs in coordination with operation team?s?Inventory control initiatives including verification?Monthly VAT filing and coordinate with treasury and VAT consultants?Support monthly / yearly closing, internal and external audits?To handle any other responsibilities assignedRequirements :?Must have graduated in Accounting/Commerce and display good relevant accounting knowledge.?Post-Graduation/Professional Certifications with Big4 experience will be an added advantage.?Must have 3-4 years of work experience.?Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with good communication skills-Verbal & Written?Must be reliable and dedicated and flexibility to work additional hours/week ends as business requirements dictate.?Willingness to accept additional assignments
