Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Manage all costs relating to road and infrastructure projects, from initial calculations to final figures.?Minimize project costs and enhance value for money while maintaining required standards and quality.?Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.?Prepare, negotiate, and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.?Coordinate with site managers and planners on project progress and adjust budget projections accordingly.?Measure and value work done on site.?Liaise with contractors and suppliers to establish the quality and cost of materials required to complete projects.?Use cost management tools to minimize costs and track project progress.?Prepare detailed reports providing analysis of project progress and cost estimates.Job Details :?Bachelor?s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.?Minimum of 10 years of quantity surveying experience, specifically within the road and infrastructure sector in the UAE.?Proficiency in computer software relating to quantity surveying, cost management, and project planning.?Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.?In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specific to infrastructure and road industry.?Proven track record of managing all costs concerning road and infrastructure projects.?Exceptional leadership and team management skills.?Fluency in English is required.
