Sales CoordinatorJob Location : UAE?Assisting all the sales related activity of the division.?To prepare management sales reports and present at right time.?Handling a high volume of customer inquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each client.?Prepares Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery reports, Invoices using SAP tool, and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.?Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.?Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.?Carrying out administrative tasks such as data entry, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.?Assisting sales exhibitions when required.?Making follow-up calls or email to confirm orders or delivery date and other related concern to have a good and business transaction with clients.?Handling export regions in operations.?Involved in handing costing for pricing.
