Quantity SurveyorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Ensure compliance with customer requirements & specifications?Consult with engineering staff on systems and equipment to create and revise technical documentation?Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and other technical data to translate information into technical documentation?Prepare construction technical plan?Prepare method statements & procedures related to construction & technical features for the aspect of work?Coordinate the approval of drawings and specifications and coordinate communication to internal and external stakeholders?Make technical submittal package and send to clients?Create, log & track project communications, documents, and all related information?Perform other related duties as required?Familiar with British & Global Standards used in the UAE and other technical specificationsSkills & Competencies:?Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer?Glass/Aluminum background?Experience in design, technical submissions, drawing?In-depth knowledge of applicable codes and standards?Knowledge of construction systems, assemblies & products?Ability to read & understand project specs?Good communication skills to interact with clients and participate in meetings
