Preparing work schedules and programs of work.Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports regularly or as required.Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project Required a professional and well-experienced candidate with the below qualifications:Serve as the Company representative when dealing with various owners, general contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal customers.Articulate data, concepts, and directions, both orally and in writing to all customers in a timely and organized fashion.Incorporate the contracted scope of work into a final product, meeting all quality criteria as established by the contract documents and management, at the lowest reasonable delivered cost.Manages and serves as the Team Leader for all projects assigned by management. Coordinates the efforts of all Team Members concerning the requirements of the project and management to achieve all goals established for the project.Administrate and responsible for the Companys performance on the project.Must have 10 years and above experience in UAE - Fire FightingMust have a UAE Driving License Company Profile AL PHENIQ TRADING & REPAIRING & FIXING SAFETY EQUIPMENT LLC is a complete Contracting solutions and trading company established on January 2007.
