Act as an internal consultant to the Managing Director to monitor the business and drive growth toward long-term objectives.Organize internal and external reporting; make constructive proposals, set KPIs, and closely monitor the group?s finances.Analyze financial information to produce financial forecasts; prepare variance analysis and recommendations on monthly /quarterly financial figures of all business unitsReview purchase cycle and analyze the cash flow.Manage the Finance team members and give them necessary guidance and advice.Manage the preparation of the company?s budget and total control of petty cash.Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.Follow up and control the expenditure budgets allocated to the business unit.Monitor the cost structure of the companies? business units and prepare a business profitability analysis.Provide analytical support as required to various cross-function initiatives.Collaborate with other business nit managers to ensure compliance and progress toward business objectivesRegular strategy meetings with group heads to deliver business objectives.Act proactively and think strategically; anticipate organizational needs and recognize the wider business environment dynamicsTax planning & Compliance.Audit planning and coordination.Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors and Masters in FinanceExperience 8-10 years in UAE which should include 5 years of working as a Manager in the same field.Negotiation and influencing skillsKnowledge of commercial businesses.Sound knowledge of accounting principles and Standards, Compliances, UAE VAStrong core finance technical skills (deep understanding of Balance Sheets, Cash flow statements, and P&L) and precise knowledge of Finance & Accounting Standards, Controls & processes Company Profile AL PHENIQ TRADING & REPAIRING & FIXING SAFETY EQUIPMENT LLC is a complete Contracting solutions and trading company established on January 2007.
