AutoCAD DraftsmanJob Location : UAEJob Details :?Preparation of 3D Modeling, pipe stress analysis perform in CAESAR II & design engineering of (chemical dosing skid both piping & tubing, pressure vessel in PV elite) Design of Piping wall thickness, selection of material, selection of flange, flanged valve & fittings flange rating as per design pressure & temperature ratings, pressure piping design as per process code ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME B 31.4 & ASME B 31.8.?Piping modelling in PDMS 12.0.SP6 & details engineering in Auto CAD 2016.?Pressure vessel design & analysis in PV ELITE tool & checking of detail fabrication drawing.?Checking of Isometric drawings as per P&ID, Mechanical equipment G.A drawings (vessel), valve G.A, Instruments G.A. Pump G.A, Basics of piping engineering guidance.?Preparation of data sheet (pumps, valves) as per project specification.?Preparation TDC as per project material specification.?Preparation of piping material Indent (pipes, fittings, special fittings, valves, fasteners as per project piping material specification.?Preparation of fabrication detail drawings of (spectacle blind, spacer, orifice plate as per ASME codes.?Well Knowledge ferrous Material mechanical & chemical properties of (CS, SS, Alloy steel)
