Job Description

  1. Nature of working plants Experience in Rolling mill in Aluminum/Steel plants:
  2. Hot Mill
  3. Cold Mill
  4. Finishing
  5. Area of Working experience:
  6. PLC & Control Systems ? SIEMENS (S7 series), SMS (PROBAS, LOGICAD etc.)
  7. Drives ? SIEMENS, ABB,
  8. Networking ? Profibus, TwinCat, Ethernet, EtherCat
  9. Data Acquisition (DAQ) ? IBA or similar
  10. HMI ? WinCC, Wonderware
  11. Level 2 ? Application, model, Oracle Database.
  12. Engineering:
  13. Equipment/Asset Reliability ? Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Excellence (REX)
  14. Predictive, Preventive, Corrective maintenance concepts
  15. Troubleshoot and report ? RCA, 5WHY, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
