˙Develop strategic and operational relationships with stakeholders, internal and external to the project.˙˙
Manage budget discussions, planning, development, and recommendations for the Industrial Security Technical Support Organization.˙
Manage the Planning, organization, directing and controlling the operational objectives of security systems & Equipment?s in compliance to the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS) and Security provisions.˙
˙Support directs assessments and audits for security vulnerabilities and loss-event risks.˙
˙Recommends cost-effective and efficient protective measures.˙˙
Support supervising security personnel and contract service provider personnel.
˙Support managing internal investigations relating to sensitive or complex security issues within the project.˙
Support managing plans, implements, co-ordinates and controls activities which provide a variety of security services and response to incidents or inquiries, assuring that sensitive corporate and community problems are handled with extreme tact and discreet actions in coordination with Corporate Communications team.
˙Support managing security operations that provide physical protection and safety to the Project and assets which include people, property, security systems, information, and reputation.
˙Ensure security personnel provide awareness programs, immediate incident response and intervention to the project.
˙Assure security personnel are trained in best practice techniques to provide life-saving emergency medical attention, physical protection, using of security systems & devices, working in Security Control Center response, assessment, and intervention in emergency situations in coordination with Health, Safety and Environment team.˙
Support managing of major situations, the emergency command, Security control center, and enforcement of general security policy and procedures in coordination with Health, Safety and Environment team and concerned governmental agencies.˙˙
Manage the preparation, develop, update security emergency guidelines and plans for the Security systems projects.Provide technical advice and assistance in the selection and integration of any new security systems into existing facilities
Minimum of 12 years? experience in security operation field.
