We are a multinational organization servicing the Oil & Gas Pipeline industry worldwide and are seeking to recruit an experienced professional to join the organization to serve the GCC markets.Senior PurchaserResponsible to analyze, source and negotiate direct and indirect purchasing for the operations facility at Ras Al Khaimah, U.A.E., in compliance with the Company?s standards, objectives and strategies to support the day to day operations in the most efficient way possibleMain duties:? Managing the entire procurement process for Raw Materials, Consumables General maintenance services, rolling stock & spare-parts, MRP and services. Placing the RFQ/PO and making receipts in IFS. Leading price and T &C?s negotiations according objectives, procedures and strategies. Managing transports and deliveries and assuring the traceability and transparency of the transactions.? Spend analyses to support cost reduction, added value initiatives and strategies assuring tracking and reporting (business cases, functional analyses).? Sourcing local and global market information (product & suppliers) to develop benchmarks.? Reporting of Kpi?s, savings tracking, reports, forecast? Approval, Qualification and evaluation of suppliers and new products.? Expediting deliveries of products and ensuring that services are rendered on time as required by the business.? Feed back to the internal users and coordination of documents, information and communication between external and internal.
