We are a multinational organization servicing the Oil & Gas Pipeline industry worldwide and are seeking to recruit an experienced professional to join the organization to serve the GCC markets.Proposals EngineerResponsible for review of specifications (Technical, Quality, Safety, etc.) and contractual terms and preparation of accurate costs and tenders for major coating and fabrication projects that may exceed USD 100 million for onshore and offshore projects. Main duties:? Receive Tender Documents / Invitations to Quote on coating of steel pipes.? Technical review of specifications (including Quality, Safety aspects).? Contractual review (including legal implications)? Production and Planning review? Compilation and submission of Tender Bids to Regional Commercial Manager for their approval. Facilitate approval in accordance with SP4040 document.? Post contract award, provide full and complete information to the Project Coordinator to facilitate contract reviews, purchase orders for execution of the work, prepare all schedules, ordering of materials and coordinate operations (Project Handover).? Facilitate bid submission for various locations for certain projects as and when required
