MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESFormulate inks as per the requirement.Assist the operator to match color specifically while running special colors.To take back left over inks from machines.Arrange and record returned ink from the machine for next use.To maintain a complete record of all ink formula.Ensures that the inspection checklists related to inks are properly filled up.Makes sure that the ink room is clean and that containers are arranged for easy trace ability.Coordinate with store department regarding the requirements of ink or varnish.Makes an updated list of expired inks, varnish etc. and endorse it to the store department for proper action.Responsible for effective and efficient administration and utilization of accurate ink colors in achieving the production target keeping in view with the right quality standards set by the company.Ensures proper safety measures for own self other members of the work team by considering the utilization of Personal Protective Equipment like face masks and the like.Comply with the Hygiene and Safety policies of the company and ensuring proper house keeping in all shifts.Ensures that materials used are properly stored and arranged every after use.TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDSBe able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors other than the required work responsibilities.Takes full responsibility on company guidelines relative to proper wearing of uniform, ID cards, shoes, proper grooming (long hair not allowed) and all other related internal policies of the company.Ensures to cooperate in the event that overtime duty is required. Shall work on Fridays / Holidays if required.Ensures that proper notification shall be given to immediate supervisors before the absent date.Makes oneself always on-call in times that his services are likely being needed in the production.Job Type: Full-time
