We are looking for Data Analyst / ERP Analyst / Purchase Analyst for Ras Al Khaimah, UAEThis position responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with data analyzing multiple sourced database information across multiple Business Units (BU) interrogating bespoke ERP systems to provide accurate spend, vendor, commodity & category information. His core activity is to ensure all ISO data reporting standards are maintained, every month, on time. The data analyst is critical to business, therefore, all associated deliverables are to be completed accurately and in a timely manner, consistent and aligned to company policies and procedures. His core activity is to ensure the ERP data is accurate and managed according to policy and procedures. The ERP system is critical to business, therefore the responsibility is to act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the purchasing and warehousing functions. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with managing (request For Order) RFO through to seeking quotations and preparation of LPO?s for approval. His core activity is to ensure quotations are received in a timely manner and subsequent purchase orders are consistent and aligned to company policies and procedures. Below is a none-exhaustive list of specific responsibilities which will include:?Liaising with stores to ensure stock lists and month end stock reporting are reported and reviewed to manage noticeable peaks & troughs in stock or financial movements and reported to the purchasing superintendent.?Monthly report on purchasing objectives and liaise with purchasing owners to progress accordingly.?Interrogate data to provide detailed information on spend, vendor and commodity categories.?Utilize ERP systems to provide quick and accurate reports specific to a commodity or vendor.?Ensure document logs and archiving is completed in line with IMS/ISO standards?Any other reasonable management requests ?Liaising with stores to ensure stock, item pricing, OTD, contract parts pricing, and vendor pre/re-qualifications are regularly monitored and updated at each change in circumstance.?Liaise with internal stakeholders and other department ERP SME?s to ensure the ERP functionality is optimized at all times.?Liaise with the ERP service provider on a needs must basis and ensure a professional relationship is in place to facilitate business support?Ensure document logs and archiving is completed in line with IMS/ISO standards?Any other reasonable management requests ?Liaising with current and new potential suppliers for quotations for goods and services?Team objectives close out contribution?Work towards to and ideally achieve annual Savings target?Ensure Min/max process is managed and diligently monitored to minimize stock outs?Liaise with OEM suppliers to ensure parts orders are being ordered and delivered on time ?Ensure business needs for tendering insourced mobile plant, Drilling plant, cranes, porta- cabins is facilitated in a timely manner ?Ensure document logs and archiving is completed in line with IMS/ISO standards?Any other reasonable management request
