? Prepares day to day accounting work, asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.? Documents financial transactions by entering account information.? Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.? Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures daily & monthly as required.? Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.? Monitor & prepare all monthly accounts reconciliations (payables/receivables/bank reconciliation/fixed assets, VAT & gratuity)? Monitor & prepare VAT calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus vendor data recording processes.? Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly & monthly closing as per deadlines, prepare and book all provisions/ year-end close process including dealing with external Auditors? Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.? Prepares payments & receipts by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.?
