Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, compressors, Chillers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems).
Monitor utility consumption and implement strategies for efficiency improvements.
Schedule regular maintenance and emergency repairs for utility equipment.
Lead utility-related projects, such as upgrades or installations of new systems.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or processes to enhance utility efficiency.
