Ensure the implementation of the Project Management function?s objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assure they serve as basis for all the function?s operations.? Monitor the operating results of the Project Management function, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to the Site Manager.? Ensure compliance of Project Management function?s operations to CEPCO?s policies and regulations in order to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.? Assist in project delivery from start to finish, with the specified specifications, budget, and time.? Plan & schedule of all construction activities within the project time frame.? Monitor and control of daily site running cost.Specify the needed resources for each project activity and assure proper resources utilization during the project lifecycle.? Prepare the construction plan for the site activities and monitor works execution as per the final approved project schedule.? Set up project workplace, coordinate with predefined project?s suppliers/ subcontractors, and mobilize workforce to site.? Supervise on-site activities by monitoring the work performed; the material incorporated, and resource management including manpower and equipment.? Assist in completing the required site coordination to get work permit, identifying C.A.R insurance items, and providing alternatives to resolve utility conflict or site issues.? Review of Shop drawing /IFC drawings / Route Map & Key Plan / Schematic and confirm execution to be as per the drawings.? Executes project as per the plan and provide solutions and recommendations to unexpected technical difficulties/obstacles in his area of expertise as needed.? Forecast in advance of critical tasks / material requirements to avoid delays.? Knowledge of existing underground site utility allocation and identification.? Coordinate with all involved project stakeholders and resolve issues, including customer, consultants, subcontractors, agencies.? Supervise quality control and safety matters on the site and ensure project team members follow the agreed upon quality and safety procedures in coordination with Quality Auditor and HSSE Officer.? Prepare a written detailed report on daily basis to the Site Manager that details all the day?s activities including important verbal communications, external visits, employment, and equipment check and other related fields.? Develop periodical progress report (weekly and monthly basis).? Report of Non-Conformance related to Equipment?s / Components failures and investigating of any abusing might happened and caused this breakdown.? Initiate any material PR needed for his site including a clear technical specification/ characteristic item.? Develop of red markup drawings modification as per site requirement for As Built Drawings? Maintain adherence to all document control procedures to ensure complete documentation of project documents and activities.
