Job SummaryEnsuring availability of standard ITC Network services.Roles & Responsibilities:-Planning and Designing of Data Centre , IT Infrastructure for all projects-IT Security Planning and implementation for all IT initiatives-To Prepare the Scope or work for Servers and Networking-Technical Evaluation of hardware, networking and software and technical review of purchasing comparison of ITC-Ensure availability of standard ITC Network services.-To prepare Weekly/Monthly Status Report and send to IT Manager-To attend the tasks assigned by the management-Assisting in recruitment and training of ITC staff.-Monitoring the effectiveness of IT Infrastructure and making recommendation for improvement-Identify the competency gap for their subordinate personnel and implement necessary actions.-Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees-Provide on-the-job training to new employees and evaluate their OJT Performance-Identification and control of hazards in assigned work area-Ensure aspects identified are monitored and operational controls are followed-Report deviations in Integrated Management System-Reporting of emergencies and incidents and near misses-Effective resource utilisation-Ensure proper disposal of IT wastes (Cartridges, toners, batteries, electronic waste etc.)-Perform other duties as assigned.
