Initiate practical activities and projects that would add value to the health and safety of employees.
On-time completion of tasks assigned by IS & HSE Manager.
Ensure medical equipment, medication, etc. is fully always stocked and functional.
Ensure all plant employees undergo routine health screening.
Conduct health inspections as planned to identify health hazards and concerns at the plant.
Identify and arrange for training as required to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards.
Arrange for employees to undergo certified first aid training.
Continuously get updates from the market regarding the latest in medical situations, precautions, and medications and report timely to the IS & HSE Manager for appropriate directions and implementation.
On-time and accurate response during medical emergency conditions and situations.
On-time preliminary investigation of injuries and accidents and accurate reporting to IS & HSE Manager.
On-time and accurate reporting of existing health hazards as well as potential health hazards to line supervisors and managers concerned
100% compliance with PPE.
Monitoring and maintaining first aid boxes contents and report any misuse.
Perform any related task assigned by the medical doctor and IS & HSE Manager.ÿ
