Major Duties & Responsibilities

Report to the beginning and ending of his shift to receive work orders and tasks instructions from shift foreman or supervisor.
Upon completion of the work orders or tasks he submits detailed reports of the progress and the work carried out to the shift Forman or supervisor.
Tool box meeting on a daily basis in coordination with panel and field operators to plan and execute the daily tasks.
Daily updates of all maintenance aspects of his work in the field logbook.
Assists in the maintenance of stock, stores, tool room and spare parts by informing what is required, what has been used and what needs to be ordered.
Installation, operation, repair and maintenance of equipment regarding his area of expertise.
Capable of reading and understanding diagrams and equipment manuals.
Prepares and submits preliminary technical reports in case of abnormalities.
Records all the equipment/material he used and capable of ordering spare parts.
Responsible for housekeeping around his area of work.
Inspects all panel rooms on a daily basis for possible abnormalities (A/C operation, water leaks, noise, temperature, vibration, humidity),
