? Review new SAP notifications and clarify work contents (with support from Operations and Maintenancediscipline, as applicable), accept notifications meeting required quality criteria and convert them to aright work order type.? Maintain a list of Work Orders that are on-hold either due to non-availability / release of equipment (H-30 Status). Review with Operations on daily basis to assess the possibility of releasing the relatedequipment and plan the work orders for equipment agreed to be relased.? Create Work Orders /Job Packs with complete information (job plans, task lists, activity type, workcenter, crafts , estimated duration and hours, external services, fleet objects , PRTs and required spares/ materials reservations with costs allocated to right CC / GL / WBS) to allow efficient scheduling andexecution of maintenance work.? Ensure quality & completeness of historical data at TECO of maintenance work in SAP i.e., (actual workdetails, actual hours in SAP Work Orders) and (Technical history in SAP Notification / Activity Report) byconcerned maintenance sections to facilitate reliability assessments of related equipment.? Create Standard Task Lists with defined labor and materials for recurring CM order as part of equipmentmaster data for better planning and improving work efficiency of similar future orders.? On-time communications with Operations, Safety, Warehouse and Technical Services.? Preparation of Shutdown plan and execute as per schedule and day to day reporting to Management.? Follow-up and co-ordinate with third party contractors during shutdown.? Complete attendance on HSE trainings.? Develop standard model for minor and major overhauls and summarizes coverage.? Prepares list of logistical requirements to support implementation of overhauling plan.? Identify, plan and prepare PRs for the required spare parts, tools, materials and consumables for thescheduled plant overhauls.? Fully recorded communications with Maintenance Leaders and Shift Leaders.
