Job Description

  • Supervise the onsite maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within BLC KAEC.
  • To ensure the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned to the team.
  • Monitor and evaluate spend within the facility.
  • Actively working on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work within expense limits established.
  • Ensure the SAP PM system up to date and all tasks are distributed and completed on time.
  • Monitoring of all external suppliers/contractors.
  • Monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
  • Responsible for alerting their Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
  • Reacts to all BLC monitoring systems accordingly
