Job Description

The Credit Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the companys credit control process, ensuring that customers pay their invoices on time and in full. This includes setting credit limits, monitoring customer accounts, and following up on overdue payments. The Credit Control Manager also works closely with the sales team to ensure that credit terms are understood and adhered to.Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor credit limits for customers
  • Review customer accounts and identify potential problems
  • Follow up on overdue payments
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers
  • Work with the sales team to ensure that credit terms are understood and adhered to
  • Prepare reports on the companys credit control performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices
