QC Chemist. Collecting samples, inspection of oil quality by performing sensory as well as chemical analysis such as acid and peroxide tests, lipid profile, wax content, UV absorbance, sigmastadiene, sterols ,etc. Visual inspection of packaging materials. Supervising food hygiene team. Overseeing oil filtration and polishing process. Following the ISO 22000 and good manufacturing procedures in relation to product quality. Following on corrective and preventive measure to close NCRs, other related tasks as directed by direct supervisor and factory management.
