-Perform time and motion studies on existing production machines to prioritize and implement projects.-Improve the plant layout in order to maximize the utilization of available floor space.-Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedure handbook for every machine in the plant.-Coordinate quality, maintenance, and productivity issues with each department in order to ensure optimal output and minimum waste.-Participate in the assessment of materials from new suppliers in order to determine the impact on productivity losses/gains and compatibility of machines.-Ensure quality, health, and safety procedures are followed.
