Observe BM machines while in operation to ensure quality and conformity of produced bottles to standards
Perform change over from one size to another including dismantling and mounting of molds, guides and all requirement to run smoothly the required SKU.
Adjust and regulate BM components and parameters to optimize product.

Perform routine maintenance of machines as directed in manual including but not limited to cleaning, lubrication and resetting. Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.
Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to supervisor.
Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials while preparing raw material for processing.
Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.
Count and record finished and rejected packaged items.
Clean packaging containers, machinery, storage crates and all related accessories to maintain clean environment and prevent product contamination.
