We are building end-to-end products, processes, and infrastructure to enable distributed engineering teams to form and operate.Technical Sourcer at GemographyAt Gemography, you will have a massive impact: you will help define sourcing strategy and turn big ambitious ideas into outreach campaigns that inspire.As a Technical Sourcing Intern, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities as well as partner with the Growth Team to support other areas. You will design and build sourcing strategies that will create lead generations through candidate outreach to fill current vacancies as well as build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. You will partner in promoting the employer brand. You will create data analytics to support sourcing/recruiting efforts.What Youll be doing

  • Youll get hands-on training on Gemographys sourcing process.
  • You will learn how to find relevant data and extract them using advanced tools such as Linkedin Recruiter.
  • You will help optimize & automate the sourcing process from A to Z.
  • You will find and collect smart data and candidate information to boost our CRM.
  • You will be responsible for the monitoring, structuring, and enrichment of our CRM.
  • Crafting and sending recruitment emails.
  • Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
  • Identifying and screening potential candidates.
  • Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
  • Managing the company?s candidate database.
What You?ll Need:
  • Familiarity working with sourcing tools, an ATS (applicant tracking system) platform, and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with sourcing competitive markets for technical positions.
  • Passion for networking and setting high standards for the candidate experience.
  • Excellent written/oral communication, detail-oriented, strategic problem solver, pro-active approach.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Willing to have ahigh impactwith visible results, being part of internationalizing a successful Moroccan startup.
  • Able to implement feedback while being dedicated to continuous self-improvement,
  • You can communicate effectively inEnglish and/or French.
  • Ability toscrape data, organizeandanalyze it using apps such as Google Sheets.
  • Rigor and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information).
  • Nice-to-have:knowledge of CRM systems.
